Professional Couriers — delayed delivery of packages/letters

A package delivered in the office of Professional Couriers at Mumbai, consignment no.VPL[protected] to be delivered in Bangalore has not been delivered as yet.(June 11th, 12.15 PM).The consignment was booked on 6th June. The service of Professional Courriers is very unsatisfactory.

Professional couriers is the worst of the courier services I have ever encountered. Indian Postal services postman is able to find the address and If professional courier boys couldnt find the address they dont even inform the respective vendor. WORST WORST SERVICE

This is sathish, i am living in bangalore my father has sent me a courier from Neyveli to Bangalore(Electronic city) on 25th june 2012, today date is 28th june 2012 still i did not receive the courier.i called to bangalore professional courier office one guy picked the phone and said that, we called you on 27th june 2012 but your mobile was switched off so we did not deliver the courier. if you attend the phone call only we ll come and deleiver the courier.then i said better delevier the courier to my office address, my office is very near to professional courier office only and i gave the new contact number also that guy said ok. we ll deleiver your courier within 4 o clock.so i waited till 5 o clock i did not get any response from their side.again i called that guy and asked regarding this he said i left from office today so i wont come better call to office and ask the same. again i called to that office they said we tried to reach you but you did not attend the call so we came back again if you want the courier come to office directly and collect.i think 3 days are not enough their so please dont use the Professional courier service its very very bad service they are not responding properly.

This Consignment [No. APY5868133] was couriered from Alleppey on 21st August n2011. Today its 31st August 2011 and My wife Still hasn't received the same. In todays Times is this what you call as 'Professional Service'???? . The people in Gurgaon who she tried to speak are rude and uncouth...is this what you call us 'professional people'. May I ask what professionalism is your organization exibiting? This callous attitude can cost you to loose many customers. One must rise and live to the name you carry for your organization

An early revert from management will be highly appreciated. I suspect the management is still managed by professionals

I agree with all complaints where i also faced the delivery people are not working & office staff also supporting by calling the customer to collect your courier without visiting my address & lies the door locked.

Professional Couriers — No Response over submitted complaint

I had sent my consignment through M/s Professional Couriers in the month of May. It was a Morphy Richards Hand Blender worth 3999/-. After weeks of enquiry, phone calls, emails, finally i got a response from the company saying that the item has been MISPLACED due to the small size of the consignment. More over since the courier was destined to go to Haryana, communicating & contacting people over there became a big troble as most of the executives in M/s Professional Couriers, Haryana Branch have the inability to speak proper english and find utmost pleasure in screaming at troubled customers. More over the originating courier office from MAngalore have a dubious record of not repairing their telephones and neither guts to pick up their mobile phones. I have sent reapeted mails to the haed office of Professional Couriers office in Delhi, Mumbai etc, but havent got reply till now. M/s Professional Couriers claims to be the No.1 Courier Service in India, which i doubt. My Newspaper Boy takes much more care indelivering newspaper that M/s Professional Couriers, who are nothing but an organization that siphon off your consignments,couriers and then give a plain, blank look as if nothing has happened and say WE ARE SORRY.

I am writing this just to make all you who are reading this aware that please be carefull with there so called courier services( even Mumbai Dabbawals are 100 times better than all courier services put together), since your courier in their hands is a risk you should never take at all.

BECAUSE THEY DONT COURIER IT, THEY SIMPLY ROB/STEAL/SNATCH YOUR BELONGINGS

I went to the professional couriers at Kandachavadi chennai near to the lifeline hospital to send a gift to my friend in Kerala. One of the office employee telling that they don't have service in kannur. When i check with the address the professional courier office is working in the ground floor of the building where i want to send my courier. This is highly ridiculous people working at the professional courier offices doing like this.

Please take action for this.

We had booked a consignment with ID BLR[protected] on 08-July-2013 through Professional Couriers from your Rajajinagar Office (Near Bhashyam Circle, Bangalore). The details of this consignment are given below along with a image of the receipt.

However, after over 35 days we are receiving complaints from the intended recipient is yet to get the parcel. The tracking option on your website shows the status as 'In Transit' even now on 15-Aug-2013!

Can you please provide details of the status of the consignment and if delivered, further details about it.

I sent a courier sent vide DEL[protected] on 3rd August 2013? 1 month and it has not reached the destination Namakkal. My client has not got the material receipt I sent him and it has hurt both mine and his business a lot. Tell me where is my courier or I will go to Consumer Court now.

For me too the professional couriers, kottarakara did same. they did not deliver the envelop to the addressee, and when asked answering irresponsibly. What legal action we can take, if this forum is not initiating. Anybody can suggest?

We are from Appasamy Ocular Devices(P)Ltd, Pharma Division, Villupuram main road, Vadamangalam, Pondicherry -605102 .One consignment was booked from baroda with consignment Doc No: BDQ 2553792 dated[protected] by our supplier M/s GTEK corporation Baroda .But we have not yet recd that material.On inquiry with Pondicherry -Vadamanagalm professional courier(our area) they have not recd that consignment.We paid for that material.We gave a mail to [protected]@tpcindia.com, head office at Baroda.But no reply from them also.Please track and take emergency steps to track that consignment and deliver to us at the earliest since we need them urgently.Please mail your reply to the mail id given below.For your information and necessary action we attach the scanned copy of the consignment note.

Most un-professional couriers !! - Rightly described by a reviewer. Very bad service
Book consignment on 29th Feb 2016, at Chennai - till 3rd March 2016 ( 4 p.m. ), consignment was not delivered to the HYderabad address at Begumpet.
Several calls to customer service at Hyderbad, left a bad taste as they were very curt and were not helpful. They disconnect, even before I could finish the call.

While tracking I found my parcel came to the Kotagiri branch on 30.12.2020. On 31.12.2020 I requested the person to deliver the parcel and his reply was to come and collect the parcel. I wasn’t in the situation to collect it and requested to deliver it since I had no source to collect but still I haven’t received it.

Here is the professional courier in chennai Chitlapakkam near ramdos nagar.. a lady has been very rude and irrespective towards the customer and have used some harsh words and was not responsible and she was very adamant and she was not giving respect full words towards the consumer kindly take some measure and solve this... Her way of speech is like not respectful
