[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour | |||
I sent one book to professional courier for delivery to my friend in PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) on 31th of May 2011 by paying 100/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! Booking no:[protected] When i came to know the book is delivered to PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) and my friend haven't received so far. I also enquired with a person(Mr.Rathnachalam-Namakkal.Mobile-[protected]) belonging to that branch and he replied that the delivery boy(Mr.Manikam) have the book and not delivered yet and his mobile also switched off. So we don know whats the status of the book. As we are nearing our exams its a matter of serious concern. I have wasted my precious time and energy in knowing the status of the book delivery. We are not getting the documents in time. It takes one week or more from the date of booking.
Respons is very poor when you enquire through phone.

Courier — didn't receive my courier dispatched from calicut
My courier was dispatched from calicut to Hyderfabad on 29th august. i didnt receive it till now.the person who dispatched didnt keep the docket number. now i dont know how to get my courier details. where it is now.why am not recewiving it.please tell me whom to approach.Courier Service — arrogant behaviour of staff
The behaviour of your staff at Irinjalakuda office Ph.[protected] is highly arrogant for what purpose I do not know.Please inform me tha charge for a letter (below 10 gms) from Irinjalakuda to Trichur (same district.)

My father has sent the courier on 18.09.08 from orissa.& it's No is[protected].Still now I did not receive the parcel.I have to produce the passport to my company which is inside the Parcel.At the time of courier they told that it wlii take two days to reach in chennai, as I am staying in chennai.But already more than 10 days gone but I didn't get that.How irresponsible they are?There name is professional but they are totally Unprofessional.

I was suppose to receive a courier from ebiz.com pvt.tld. through professional courier. This courier was dispatched on 12th of september from Noida. Destination being bangalore. The consignment number is 1305318. But when I spoke to professional courier service they said that the consignment number given is wrong. Now how is that possible? Please let me know the status of my courier at the earliest.

I am staying in Trivandrum.The Nikunjam Constructions Pvt.Ltd., Kuravankonam, Trivandrum had posted a very important letter regarding the payment of money for purchase of a flat on 27 Sep 08.The Kuravankonam office and my residence are only about 3 (three) Kilometers apart.!Consignment note No.160704.The delivery office of the courier service is only about 100 yards from my residence.On 28th they rang me up and confirmed the location of my house.Then upto 3 Oct, nothing was heard from them.On 3 Oct 08 afternoon it was brought to me for delivery.Since the party had contacted me by another way and the matter was settled, I had no use of this junk letter and I recorded on the consignee note that I refuse to accept since there was 7 days delay.This has to be seen along with two previous experiences with them.In both cases, I waited for about four days after the telephonic enquiry of my location.Since there was no response from them, I had sent a person to collect from their office.
It is hightime that some remedy has to be found for such irresponsble behaviour after accepting money.
I had my worst experience with 'The Professional Courier' and I am not surprised at the innumerable complaints about their irresponsible way of handling letters and parcels.The company might have been closed long time back if it was in any other country.

I totally agree with the unprofessionlism of the company. Even i have faced the same problem with Professional courier. I was supposed to receive a package and till today i havent received anything not even the receipt of the person not able to meet me or return deleivery of the package.
Sir my marcle booked from Coimbtore dated:[protected], for Bhilai Nagar, Dist-Durg, Chhattisgarh, but till date i did'nt got my parcle and no response from Bhilai Office and raipur Branch office not receive phone call, and no tracking by your system
Vide POD No. 495943 some books has been despatched on 6.10.2008 from Kerala to Maneja, Vadodara (Gujarat). From 11th Ocrt., 2008 I am continuously following up with your different offices (Makarpura & Jetalpur) and none of your people are able to give a correct answer nor to find out where the material is? The Word "Professional" carries some name and this approach is totally on the reverse side of the meaning.
Today when I was talking to your Mr. Ashpak of Jetalpur office was not at all interested in hearing nor to support in any way to traceout the material.

I have sent one document from Bangalore to Ranchi SAIL colony on 25.09.2008 vide consignment no BLR42867421. to-day it is 01.11.2008 till now the consignment is not reached.
I made STD calls to Ranchi office many times requesting them to deliver.
I contacted the customer service at bangalore, the courier service center at K.R.Puram, I contacted Regional Office at Bangalore. Requested everybody to ensure to deliver.
Now I am at loss not knowing whom to contact

i had sent a courier from pune to my sister who stays in kolkatta on 29th september. the hostel people didnt accept it so it was returned back to the kolkatta office, on contacting kolkatta office it was told that the courier was sent back to pune and it had reached the head office on 13th oct, today its 5th nov but the headoffice people are just no givin me ne proper reasons, now dey r saying that my courier is missisng n they cant say when it will be tracked, is this the way you people handle customers, may i know will i get my courier back or not r will i get ne compenstaion from your side???
