[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour | |||
I sent one book to professional courier for delivery to my friend in PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) on 31th of May 2011 by paying 100/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! Booking no:[protected] When i came to know the book is delivered to PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) and my friend haven't received so far. I also enquired with a person(Mr.Rathnachalam-Namakkal.Mobile-[protected]) belonging to that branch and he replied that the delivery boy(Mr.Manikam) have the book and not delivered yet and his mobile also switched off. So we don know whats the status of the book. As we are nearing our exams its a matter of serious concern. I have wasted my precious time and energy in knowing the status of the book delivery. day by day your service is very bad every time at list in 6-7 parcel in week sending from mumbai & bhiwandi to verna it reaches after 5-6 days why should we pay more amount to you better than we send our material by transport. in urgency every time we collect our parcel from panaji, parcel which come at panaji at noon 12.00 clock it will reaches to us next day eveining 5.00pm,
so seriously look in that matter it is not only my complete most of customer from verna says that

One Desktop Computer sent to Kirandul, Chattidgarh from Tornagallu .Bellary District, Karnataka through Professional Couriers on 3rd Jul'09 vide Cosnignemet No . TRU1000277 with Two boxes of 9Kg & 4.5 kgs.
Only one Box containing Monitor (4.5 Kgs) not yet delivered at the destination.

Myself anita from birla sunlife insurance (Sholapur branch). dated 25 June 09, send a courier to our HR office at pune. but still not received by HR office. complaint also raise on dated 18 July 2009 but still not solve by Solpaur Professional Courier. Its request to you solve it on urgent basis. POD no. 481772.
Consignment No 38584 not recieved so far no traces/ updates found in status enquiry through net.

i send one immportant document to pattukkotai. i send from arumbakkam professional courier office.
i send monday untill now never deliver to the document. normally tuesday should deliver this document but untill now never delivery. so request to punish the cuorier company, because it very important document. pls, take action faster.

Worse courier service...i sent important medicine to my parents 1 week back till now it is not reached...even i raised a complaint there is no response

The co. should rename itself as "Highly Unprofessional Couriers". I have had similar experiences and now I think 100 times before going for this company's services. and imagine when you complain them of non-delivery of goods/parcel, they will tell you to write to the head-office so that "We will pay you Rs. 100 for non-delivery". i wish somebody would sue this co. for damages and secure a huge compensation.
your courier service is given charge to deliver SBI Credit Card Statement in our area at Patuli Ghosh Para, Kolkata 700094, West Bengal. Most of the time your Delivery Boys do not deliver the Statement to my address and give false Report to SBI. This month also they didnot delivered the SBI Credit CArd STatement and Reported that it was delivered to my wife on 28.07.2009.tHIS IS A QUITE FALSE REPORT. NO BODY CAME TO DELIVER THE STATEMENT FROM YOUR OFFICE.

My sister on 30th July sent Rakhi from Chennai(TN) & the same reached on 1st Aug.09 at Professional courier, Sector 22, Chandigarh. Rakhi was delivered on 6th evening at1900 hrs. When i contected the courier Manager on Phone, he said due to storage of man power, it was not delivered.The Rakhi was on 5th Aug.i was too much upset for not having the Rakhi. The same thing happened last year also.I cannot explain my sentiments for not receiving the Rakhi in time. Their name is Professional whereas they are not
We are in a danger of loosing a cheque for our vendor.The value was in Lacs & the courier company is not responding to settle this .
