[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour

I sent one book to professional courier for delivery to my friend in PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) on 31th of May 2011 by paying 100/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!

When i came to know the book is delivered to PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) and my friend haven't received so far. I also enquired with a person(Mr.Rathnachalam-Namakkal.Mobile-[protected]) belonging to that branch and he replied that the delivery boy(Mr.Manikam) have the book and not delivered yet and his mobile also switched off. So we don know whats the status of the book. As we are nearing our exams its a matter of serious concern.

I have wasted my precious time and energy in knowing the status of the book delivery. Please take neccessary steps and stringent action against this irresponsible persons(Rathnachalam and Manikam).

I have sent one parcel to my brotherinlaw through professional courrier in ayyar bangalow branch at madurai on 19/09/09.The receipt no is 3601996 till date the parcel was not delivered to neyveli.When i was go to enquire the branch the staff was not tell a responsible answer.so that i request you to search my parcel and delivered to me and also to take necessary action to irresponsible behaviour of madurai branch office staff

My friend had sent me some coupons via Professional courier on 23rd September, Altough they reached Mumbai on 24th September the same are not delivered to me till 30th September. The coupons will get void after september and of no use after that. When I try to call up their helpdesk they tell me they will call me after 1/2 hr but no one calls. Even sending mails to their HO is in vain. This is the most pathetic courier service ever. My transaction id is BLR33100557.
why this pod no:[protected]/6.10.09 is returned back to chennai. You are mentioned it shifted. But it is not to be shifted, the address is correct. I confirm it from the dehradun party.

TNK161526 is my Cons number till date i coud't receive my parcel. This parcel has been dispatched from TANUKU, Aandhra Pradesh on date 5/oct/09 to Pune. it is almost 9 days. Please look at this issue
Worst courier i have seen... request the viewers not to book your consigments in professional courier
The courier (consignment no. BLR[protected] has been sent from bangalore to Kolkata on Tuesday 13th October 2009 & is yet to be delivered. What is the purpose o[censored]sing your services if you cannot give on time deliveries?????

One SUGGESSTION - its free - Request you to immediately change your name to UNPROFESIOANL COURIER. Moreover, The staff who picks up the phone on[protected] is a worthless fellow. He Doesnt know how to speak to a customer. We are in an age where the customer service is the main fulcrum of any business. But I am sorry to say with this kind of customer service appproach, you're detesting clients from doing repeat business with you. I hope sense prevails in the management of the organisation & something is done on an urgent basis otherwise the day isnot far when people will shut doors from you & your company forever.

It was definetely my last time with Professional Couriers. I am a business owner and interact with around 250 corporates & 1000 Individuals in Kolkata & will definetely see to it that I send a strong mail to all my contacts about the services rendered by your goodself. Atleast I will have few of them stop doing business with you.

I was supposed to receive a courier last week but till now i didnt receive it. When i call the agent, they are saying that they didnt find the consignment no. My Consignment Number is 1786795.

I have received the other courier which was posted after the above one but the above one is not received till now. Please let me know the status of my courier at the earliest.

Un-Professional Courier — STUPID ANSWERS

On[protected].30 p.m. I booked one important cover (marrage proposal photos and bio data of the bridegroom) in Professional courier, AA Road, Gnanaolivupuram, Madurai, Tamilnadu 625 016 to Ramapuram, Pincode 629303 for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They collect Rs-20/- service charge and gave me 1 receipts.
When i came to know my party have still not received the courier[protected] p.m.) I tracking the Professional courier 629303 network office from professional courier officical website and contact him over phone from madurai[protected]. Only after i informed then the status, different employee came up with differest status!
Someone telling to Ramapuram there is no service so it is not delivered.(but in the website Ramapuram comes under the 629303 network office)
Someone telling the Area Delivery boy today leave so not able to deliver! Nobody is bothered and behaving a little responsible also.
Some one telling if the party urgently need the cover ask them to collec the cover from his office directly
They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from Un(professional) courier service. Steing action should be definitely taken against this Anna Salai branch office

Our valuable customer courier DD through your courier on 23.10.2009. One from Namakkal(Tamil nadu) Docket No. 1576250 and another customer From Trichy (Tamil Nadu) Docket No. 10254691. It is not reached to Madurai.

And when called customer care there is no response.

And also Profession courier delivering the cover once a two days only(Madurai Koodal Nager Branch). not daily basis. There is no purpose to courier the documents through courier service.

courier service(GMS courier) — For delivery of medicine packet

I send a medicine packate from Indore to Babglore by GMS courier Receipt no.is[protected]on 21.10.2009 till today my packate was not dieverd to Banglore.they commited me to send courier in 48hours his name is Babloo khan([protected]),sachin jain([protected]).when I call them thay say to me courier will dilever today.Once 23.10.2009 when I called they said me your packate is damaged thats why address is not appearing,i gave them address twice.
very important medicine in that packate.

I, have not received a parcel since[protected] sent from Belgaum on the said date with docket no. BGM 3274052. Please intimate at the earliest
mine also it happend. so advce your frineds circle so that they are aware of this and use some other courier service.

Professional Couriers — totally unprofessional!

the following is the complaint i sent filed with the delhi constomer care of professional couriers on the 23rd of june. i followed up several times and even snt a mail to their head ofice in bombay. till date i have had no response from them.

kindly register my complaint for the following consignment:

sent on: 17th july
from: bombay
by: c.k. gada, b112, cuffe parade, bombay 400 005
to: snehal gada, space matters, g112, galli no. 8, krishna nagar, safdarjung enclave, new delhi 110029
received on: 23rd july, 5:15pm
complaint:
1) it took 6 days for the parcel to be delivered. the documents in the parcel had to be signed and returned urgently.
2) i had been following up with your local offices for two days. (mr.jaswant on [protected] and mr.bahadur on[protected]. yesterday i was told by mr.jaswant that the parcel had been sent to your arjun nagar branch on the 20th. mr. bahadur at your arjun nagar branch told me that there was some difficulty finding the address. the complete address was clearly written on the parcel along with pin code and my mobile number. i received no call saying that my address could not be found (and you are in the business of finding addresses). he then assured me that the parcel would be delivered this morning.
3) today after making about 7 more calls to mr. bahadur i was informed that the real reason was that he had no delivery boy to send the parcel. not only did this show that he had lying before, but such an excuse from a setup that calls itself "professional" is unacceptable. he also went on to wash his hands of all responsibility for delivering the parcel on time. when i asked him what he would do if i took his company to court for loss of business resulting from the delayed delivery, he had no answer for me.
4) mr.bahadur then went on to assure me that the parcel would be delivered by 5pm. at 5pm i called him and he said that the delivery boy was on the way. his reasons for the delay since this morning were unsatisfactory. the parcel was finally delivered at 5:15pm by a new delivery boy who was standing outside my office, where there is a big sign showing the address, looking very lost and trying to call my number. if i had not been standing outside and spotted him, i don't know what he would have done.
5) i took the customer care number[protected] from mr. bahadur so that i could lodge a complaint. it took me 5 attempts to get someone on the line, no matter what extention i tried. when i asked to speak to the person in charge, i was informed he was not on his seat and that i should lodge my complaint by e-mail.
6) if i was in no hurry to receive the parcel i could have saved 75% by sending it by registered post. if i wanted to pay more (as i have done on calls over two days) i would have selected a better courier service.
7) in addition, the signed documents were to reach back to bombay by tomorrow evening. i have dispatched them (by another courier service), but if they do not reach in time i stand to loose on that front as well.
8) i now want to know who in your organisation is accountable and what you are going to do about the trouble you have caused me.

yuor delivery of coriea is verry bad my compony name is mahalaxmi links peenya bengalooru. your peenya brach in bengalooru is verry bad condition. the coriar is come from costomers, the mobile npo also mentioned in parcel and they delivered matarial lot of time, but some time the parcel is sent return.why i dont know. please rectifi this problem in peenya brach bengalooru
We are not getting the documents in time. It takes one week or more from the date of booking.
Respons is very poor when you enquire through phone.

no 1 is respons propley in Customer Care for the Customers .
