Professional Couriers — Good stolen

I sent a courier through professional couriers on 23rd May with one DVD and one pen drive to siruseri.to my officer vide receipt No.14030995. While sending the cover itself I clearly told the clerk there is CD and Pendrive in that. He showed me the chart for the amount of CD and Pendrive and he charged Rs.100/- They are unable to deliver the material at siruseri of Kanchipuram district and they returned me today n 6th June 2013. While opening the cover I found that the Pendrive was missed. I had given the complaint to them and I have not received proper reply. It is having office files and it is a 4 GB USB.
Kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action
