[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — irresponsibility for reaching materials

my material is coming to courier office 4days back but they are not informed to me 5th day also but when i ask them they r telling irresponsible answers to me&also they r given one office number for connecting that number minimum 40 minutes time taken for contacting them&also they r telling we r not gives service for rural areas,plz take the actions for consulted persons &rewart me about the actions.
