[Resolved]  Provident Fund — Non Payment of P F and gratuity

Sir,
It is to inform your good office thta I have resigned for the post of Production Manager on 27 th April 2009.
I handed over my dutys as per the company rules and regulations and releived from my duties on !5 May 2009.Till date either i received my gratuity or provident fund amound. I made several complaint but no results.
I have kept a set of documnets with me and copies of the all emails sent to my employer.Now almost two years passed no actions have been initiated by my employer. I request you to suggest me to recover my gratuity and provident fund amount.
