[Resolved]  Provident Fund — PF REFUND ISSUE

DearSir,
I worked with P.C.S.TECH LTD at VIZAG as a Team leader i had resigned 31 dec 2006 and i had completed my resignation formalities last year Nov 2006 and all the papers send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051, through Speed Post as on 22nd Feb 2008. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site [protected]@vsnl.net
my application details are mention below :

As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below:
Receipt_no Type status remarks
No one Reply on Email & also Officers / pf employe not available on Phone . - ([protected]@vsnl.net, [protected]@vsnl.net & Ph no -[protected], [protected])

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest possible.

I Gopinath (PF A/c No. MH/30019/5638), was working with Patni Computer Services, after resigning my employment, I applied for PF amount withdrawal, during the withdrawal process I closed my SB a/c (this SB A/c is mentioned in the PF withdrawal form) with ICICI and opened a new SB A/C due to personal reasons. However my PF amount payment is made to my pervious SB A/C with ICICI. Hence I have not received the payment made by PF office.

Request you to please not my new SB A/c with ICICI and make a payment there. Below mentioned are my details (New SB A/C, where payment is to be made) -
