[Resolved] Provident Fund — didn't get the PF

I worked for 22 months with a Foreign & highly reputed Bank in Delhi. When I left in May 2008, I checked that in my final settlement company was not paying me the PF saying that my PF account was NIL. After checking my salary slips I got to know that they had never dudected the PF from my salary so at the same time they also had not given their contibution of PF [as mentioned in the offer letter]. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Jul 03, 2008 Updated by Ranjeet Chopra related to my previous mail, I would also like to add that the other employees who joined with me getting the same offer letter and salary and at the same position, were getting the PF and after leaving in final settlement they are getting the PF. rgds Ranjeet Chopra
