Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that i am visiting the Thane Provident Fund Office for releasing my PF Amount of Rs. 18,368/- for the last 5 months regularly.

During my last visit in August'10, it has been informed that the amount of Rs. 18,368/- has already been released vide cheque No. 676477 dt. 26/05/2010. But to my great surprise, the same amount is not yet credited to my Bank Account till date.

I would therefore humbly request your goodself to please do the needful to release my PF amount as early as possible.
