My name is Vishal Sharma an X-Employee of Dell International who has processed my PF (Provident Fund). Initially, I had submitted an application using a particular Savings Account. During the process (Which was Time Consuming) I had closed my account with a specific Bank in India. When doing so, I had resubmitted a new Re-Authorization form to inform the Provident Fund Office (Bangalore) of this new development. Almost after 8 months of waiting.. my re-authorization request was returned as rejected and I was informed that the account was credited. I have verified this information with the bank and the account does not reflect this information or with the new account details provided in the re-authorization form. I have been provided contact numbers (mentioned below) but I am not able to get a live person to address any of my queries for the past 1 month. I am really concerned and feel I am being neglected or deprived of my rights as a Indian Citizen. Please advise on what can be done at this point of time. I am interested in submitting a complaint, so that this type of thing can be brought forward and addressed to the consumers satisfaction.
