I have applied for transfer but yet didn't get any reply?

Dear Sir/Madam,

The company I was working for (Northern Trust ) had submitted the application in March 2008 and the same was returned to me in August 2008. The company re-submitted the same on 10/10/2008 and the PF office, enquiry counter in KR puram confirmed to my wife that the amount will be credited to my account by 10/12/2008.
My pregnant wife has visited the PF office atleast 5 times till date. She has been told that the details have been sent to the cheque dept and there is no need to come again. However the amount has still not been credited.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

Still there is no reply on that. And when calls to that office no one will reply for that, Pls request you to kindly understand the appliers conditions.

I want to know about the pf rules... I heard from my workplace accountant that our pf amounts are not been remitted to the pf office since last 2 months coz the institution does not have a pf consultant. In this case what about our money been deducted from our salary on the name of pf? This is the 3rd year of my service and i've not yet received any slip of receipt on the name of pf (From pf office).
I even wanted to know how much does the employer contribute to our pf amount. I'm working as a teacher in an (Private) educational institution.

I have submitted my EPF a/c closure form to my previous employer in month of Sep 2008 and they have recived the acknowledgement of same dated 11th SEP 2008. So almost five months down the line i am yet to receive the amount in my a/c.
details of my EPF a/c can be read as below:
