Hi, My name is Krishan Malla.I was working with Indraprastha Apollo Cliniq<Vasant Kunj New Delhi> and
i have registered my PF form on 22nd December 2009 with acknowledge but i am not able to receive any confimation form PF office my PF A/C no is DL/28219/6 Till date I have not received any intimation regarding my PF.
I request you to please give this matter a prompt attention as this is causing me a lot of trouble

According to EPFO, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi letter No.DC/4120/261/CPM-2/6934 dt. 3.11.2008. The EDCI benefit has not been issued till date. As he was on medical leave w.e.f. 1.5.2006 to 11.3.2008, and expired on 12.3.2010 he was not left his service. All the medical cerfificate of this date were submitted to Ex-Servicemen's Airlink Transort Service Ltd. H.Q.62, Yashwant Place New Delhi and availed the sickness facilities benefit from ESI. This may be confirmed from ESI. It is therefore requested to release the EDCI benefit; to Smt. Nirmla Devi wife of late Sh.Chand Ram village and post office Dhansa New Delhi.at the earliest under intimatation to me.

My PF form was submitted on the 22nd of January 2010 and my PF account number is DL/24041/10764 and the cheque has still not been deposited in my Bank. I was told that it wont take more than 2 months for the procedure to complete. Please advice.

Till now, i did not get any further response from PF office, wazirpur, Delhi, about reissue check.

I was working with Omnia BPO Services which is located at Mumbai & I had applied for the withdrawal of my PF in the month of Feb.09 with reference to PF No.DL/30996/8939.So Still my amount is not been craedited to my bank account & haven't received any acknowledgement from employer & PF office as well.
