[Resolved] Provident Fund Office — Non Payment of full pension – Sajjan Singh P.P.O. No. 772
November 5, 2011 The Provident Fund Commissioner, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Subject:- Non Payment of full pension – Sajjan Singh P.P.O. No. 772 Sir, I have written several letters to you regarding non payment of full pension to me but none was responded . My letters seem to have been consigned to the dust bin. I availed of commutation of pension and received Rs 14000/- from your office. The amount has been repaid to your office long long back by way of installment of Rs. 130/- per month. But the amount of installment deducted from my pension has not been restored. Your office is harassing and humiliating me for no fault of mine. Will you be kind enough to arrange to convey me the reasons of non payment of full pension ? I am getting Rs. 130/- less per month for the last 3-4 years . Kindly look into the matter and ensure that I get my pension arrear and restore the amount of Rs.130/- to my pension. I would also request your good self to kindly arrange to send the rules of the commutation of pension. Thanking You. Yours faithfully, Sajjan Singh P.P.O. No. 772 #202, GH-27, Mansa Devi Complex, Sector – 5 , Panchkula. Was this information helpful?
