Sir,
I had been working with Havells India Ltd (26 months)and later requested for PF withdrawl and i was intimated that i will be getting the claims settled within 60 days. I received letter from PF office wazirpur delhi north mentioning that they have forwarded my cheque to my bank, on enquiring with the bank, bank stated that they have received the cheque on 27th August 2008, but they have returned the same as the account number mentioned was wrong which was an typographical mistake from the pf office, where as i have mentioned the correct account no of my bank account.

My pf no is DL/7953/2860.

I have been corrosponding with Wazirpur pf office delhi north since last month, but still there is no development.

Will request your goodself to please look into my matter and extend your kind cooperation so that i can get the cheque at my bank with the corrected bank account number.

I have worked with Vertex India (I) Pvt Ltd for about 2.5 year from December 2003 - July 2006.(PF Number HR/25452/1238) I have got the clearence from the Company & i submitted my documents in May 2008 in the PF office in Gurgaon. Till date (sep 29th '08) i have not recieved anything. Its been more then 4 months now.I tried regularly to followup with the PF department of Gurgaon but usually i couldnt get through them or when ever i get through them they say it will take about 10 days, 20 days more, ect.
My sincere request from you is to please look into this & help me take this forward. Looking forward for your help & guidance

I have submitted my all the documents (on May 2008) dully signed by my previouse company (ORIENT CRAFT LTD., PLOT NO. 9, KHANDSA GURGAON) regarding my PF. but the till date i haven't got my PF frm There in the begining of september when i went to the PF office for check the details regarding the dely of transferring my PF in my account then they told me that IT IS ON UNDER PROCESS AND IT WILL TAKE UP TO 20 DAYS MORE BUT THE TILL DATE I HAVEN'T GOT MY PF. SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

Dear Sir,

I was working with Convergys India Services PVT. LTD, Bangalore. from April 2004 to April 2008 and the PF account is maintained by Gurgaon PF office. The documents have been submitted to your office from Bangalore. But still my PF amount has not reached me yet. I was also given the phone number for the PF office, but I try calling them every day and no one answers the call. How do I get to know when my PF amout would be handed over to me. Please respond as there is no way that i could reach your office.

I have worked with Sparsh BPO service, PH-III Gurgaon. for the period of 22 months. I left the job after that as per company rules and regulation i filled my PF forms and submitted in the company.

I know lakhs of people are suffering from not getting PF for the service which they have done. They promissed my PF will be credited in your bank account which is given by you.

Afer 8 months two cheques are been credited in my account 1. Rs. 3964/- 2. Rs. 1709/-. When i checked my detailed i was shocked that only Rs. 5673/- credited in my account for 22 months. Where are the other money gone?

This is only my feedback. Please do something not only for me but also for those employee who is sufferring from critical condition.

I beg to inform you that I have Submitted my P.F withdrawl form of A/C No. HR/6442/1185 (M/S: M & M Machine Craft Pvt Ltd., GGN.)on dated:28.4.2008 as per stamp receive copy but when I quiry due to delay & there is no Settlement in pf and I again Quiry on 19/9/2008 my receive date shows as per pf office record 05/08/2008, and status: Under Process & till date the amount is not yet been transfer in my bank a/c.
Another I have applied on dated:10/06/2008 to transfer my previous Employers pf amount of A/c No. (i) UP/169/4019(WIMCO LTD.BARELLY, U.P), (ii) HR/FD/10628/110 (M/S Usha Fabs Pvt. Ltd.GGN) & (iii) HR/25752/85 (M/S: TASA AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS, GGN) in my present Employer M/S Sona Koyo Steering Systeems Ltd.(P.F A/C No.-HR/5510/1595) it's status also shows as per pf office record on dated 19.09.08 Under process.
So, I request to you sir pl. arrange to send my withdral amount in my Bank A/C and transfer the applied three companys p.f amount in my present Employer & obelised me.
