[Resolved]  Provident Fund Office, Hyderabad — PF Not getting from EPFO, Hyderabad

Hi,

I am Dhruv Rana. And My PF A/c No is PF NO : AP/HY/56070/87343 in Hyderabad PF office. As i have applied for my PF amount withdrawal in Oct'12.
My form was received in PF office on 3rd Nov'12. On 5th Jan'13 I received my first payment in my bank A/c.On 7th Jan I called up in PF Office[protected] & 27555602 there a lady told me that your second cheque is under process and this amount will be credited in your a/c on Monday 14th Jan'13. but still i am waiting for my remain PF amount.
Now I am calling on given nos. there's no one pick ready to pick my call.
Now I am checking my claim status on PF website its showing-

Claim ID : APHYD[protected]
Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (APHYD[protected] has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.

Claim ID : APHYD[protected]
Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (APHYD[protected] has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT.

MY PF NO. IS APHYD[protected] I am also facing the same problem. It has been more than 6 months now and have recd. no communication from their side.
I tried calling on[protected] but nobody takes the call.

I have submitted my Pension application in Form 10D through my last employer viz. TATA Projects Ltd., Secunderabad in September 2014. The claim was rejected once in October 2014. The reason for rejection shown as Claim appears to be Xerox Copy.
Resubmitted the Claim form duly filled in with Blue Ink and signed. This time also It appears the claim has been rejected, but no letter has been issued/received till date.

The EPFC is requested to carefully re-examine the Claim. Scheme certificate submitted of the previous employer issued by EPFO, Ambattur, Chennai has been submitted as received "Certified true Copy" as the original has been lost/misplaced by me, for which affidavit submitted and obtained the certified true copy which hold good as Original.

Now it is more than 7 months and I have not received the pension. Kindly look into this and do the needful without further delay.
