Dear Sir,

I worked in a LTD. company during June 2008 to August 2009. Then they stoped there business in Kerala and asked me to resign. Like that I resigned. The company has deducted each month a particular amount from my salary to PF and ESI. Can I get these deducted amount? Or Am I eligible for it?

7 months ago, I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF(Provident fund) withdrawal & did many calls to HR and Hyderabad PF office for my PF enquiry but still my PF is not credited to my given account no.

Dear sir,
My Husband Mr BVS Suresh Babu, is working as a service manager in Bhargavi Autombiles Pvt ltd since 1998. His PF account starts in the year 2000/2001, i dont know. In 2006 my company stopped the pf. He asked the management about the pf amount to be returned. Several times he asked. But no reply. Recently 4 months back his accounts manager has given an application for retuning the amount- in that one colum: I was resigned from the company and applied, the application form was rejected. He asked the pf no also. But no reply.
Kindly give the address of PF office in nellore.
I want the PF NO- how he asks the management or PF office people in nellore.
