Provident Fund Office Kr Puram Whitefield — Clearing the PF amount

Hi,

This is Srinivas Varadarajan. My PF withdrawa processes was initiated 10 months back. The PF status when i checked online is displayed as Approved and payement is under process.
This is the status since past 3 months and wenever I call the PF ofiice to check on it, no one picks up the call or i dont receive an appropriate response
