[Resolved]  Provident Fund Office Vashi — Non receipt of PF amount

I am also sailing in the same boat. My account number is MH/96533/318. Three years are over and my PF
and FPF have not been fully settled. You never get any reply when you send RPAD or E-mail. They can scrap the email id so that they will never get any complaint.

I have been following up with PF office for withdrawl of my PF Amount for almost 4 months now but no one is answering my queries. I have submitted all forms to them via my ex employers Reliance Retail ltd. sub comapnay STRATEGIC MANPOWER LTD. but till date the dues have not been released. My PF no is MH/DA/46931/617. Can someone help me?

I Ganesh I was worked as a SUPERVISOR in RELIANCE FRESH from the period of 06.05.2009 to 11.01.2009 after January I resigned the job and I was applied for my P F amount from 12.04.2009 then after July I asked to related HR regarding P.F he’s not responding for it.
For the last 6 months and in spite of my several reminders no action has been taken by this company HR and I have not got any results about my PF Amount from the company side. Hence please I Request ed you to collect and send to my PF amount to my Bank Account. Please get the needful done without any further loss time. I have every hope that you will take prompt action & oblige. I feel confident of receiving a favorable and helpful replay

I HAVE SUBMITTED LIFE CERTIFICATE SO MANY TIMES, BUT MY PENSION AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR 2008 IS NOT RELEASED SO FAR. I AM ALIVE TODAY AND U ARE SENDING PENSION FOR 2009 EVERY MONTH, BUT WHY U ARE NOT RELEASING MY LAST YEAR (2008) PENSION .IN THIS MONTH, I HAVE SUBMITTED MY LIFE CERTIFICATE TO SBI(PANVEL) AS PER THEIR RULE. THEY WILL SEND U .SO PLEASE CONTINUE PENSION FOR 2010 ALSO.HOPE THAT U WILL TAKE ACTION AND GET RELEASED MY PENSION FOR 2008.

It is submitted that I was working in company named Stratergic Manpower Solution Pvt. Ltd. based in Mumbai. My EPF account No. is MH/WASHI/117678/7616. I had applied to withdraw my EPF to the above said company in the month of Feb 2009, But the Co. has submitted the documents to you on 01 Sept 2009. You have released a cheque No. 849896 dated 31 Oct 2009 for Rs. 6606.00 and submitted the same in my HDFC Bank saving account No. [protected] on dated 10 Dec 2009 (after 40 days). but Bank has refused the clearance and returned the same due to "Drawer's Signatures differs" on dated 12 Dec 2009. I have already forwarded the returned cheque along with Bank Memo dated 12 Dec 2009 to you on 16 Dec 2009 by Regd post.

Please Let us know the current status of my EPF. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest as it has already been delayed.
Also let me know the status of my another Cheque.

No action since such a long time.

I have even sent the PF/pension claim form to Everyready office at Kasturi building, Marine lines, Mumbai-20, as informed to me by the PF office Vashi on 27 June 2007 and almost more than 2 years have passed by and my uncle is still awaiting for the PF money reimbursement.

Pf office bandra transferred the file to Vashi regional Pf office & the Vashi Pf office has got the empty file, so the PF account no of the emp's o[censored]nion Carbide now known as Everready inustries is lost. As per Everready industries they have deposited the PF money with bandra office as per their email attached below.

Even after repeated visits, emails, ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION BY Vashi PF office.

I have complaint that I have not received my 100 % provident fund amount. I joined with Reliance BPO on 22 June 2006 and my last working day is 13 Oct 2009.
PF deduction is Rs 432 (four hundred and thirty two only ) per month from my salary and contribution fund from company end.
Dated on 04 oct 2010 NEFT EPFO has been credited in my account .Please cross verify from your end and if any necessary procedure then please inform to me.
