I have been trying to contact the PRO at phone no.[protected] and also the office of RPFC at phone nos. 27376461, 27377154, 27376773, to find out the status of my pension claim submitted to your office on 4th February 2009, but to no avail.

Once on last Thursday, one Mr. Jitendra had a little mercy on me and attended my call and asked me to call after 2 hours by that time he would obtain the status of my claim from his concerned official, but unfortunately, since then I have not been able to contact him on any of the above phone numbers.

I am also surprised to note that in such an office, there is nobody to attend to the customer calls - neither the telephone given on the net are contactable.

Please let me know the status of my EPS at the earliest.
