[Resolved]  Provident Fund - Pf Ap Hyd / 37897 / 6638 — Non Receipt of Claim - Twice

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regards to my PF account from HSBC Electronic Data Services Ltd, HDPI, Bangalore. My employee number is 99211548. I have applied for withdrawal of my PF account twice.

The first time was on 10.8.09. It was sent by HDPI, Bangalore and the second time was on 05.03.10. I have been advised by HSBC to get in touch with Appaji Rao, telephone number - [protected]-78 extn 306.

However both the times I have been told that the form has not been submitted. Its been almost 3 years since I have quit HSBC. Can you please look into this matter and help me out?
