[Resolved]  Provident Fund — PF Claim

I was working with M/s. Sadhu Vaswani Medical Mission and have left the service on 31st July 2010 and I have submitted my PF Withdrawal Formn (Account No. DL 19438/64) on 07.12.2010 at Provident Fund Office at Wazirpur,Delhi. Today 14th Feb 2-11, I called up the equiry and came to know that my PF form is rejected on 10th January 2011. It is almost One and half month is over till date I have not received my rejected form with reason. I would request you to please do something to solve my issue at the earliest.
