I have applied for pf withdrawl in 2006 vide pf a/c no DL/28403-65 in the name of Sandhya Chawla at Mayur Bhawan, Connaught Place office till date. The Employer name was G.S. Computers pvt Ltd., Jhandewalan, New Delhi.

Kindly help me to solve the oldest issue on priority or guide me the suitable way to withdraw the same.
