refund of booking amount
dear sir,
i have deposited a sum of rupees 10,000/- with you for the registration of 500sq.yard plot in mahadev puram scheme, vide receipt no. 4330 dated 02/01/2006. it is requested to help me in getting the refund of the booking amount along with interest as i have come to know that their company has withdrawn the above scheme.

I had also one of the sufferer from this Company and the Managing Director Y S Rana who had illegally received the money from the customers on account of that he will coming up with one colony namely Mahadevpuram at Manesar and after collection some Rs. 50.00 crs. from various people run away & hide from Delhi. Thereafter he was in jail but in last month he was given bail by the Patiala House Courts Delhi but money is still with him.

I wish and pray to the God that People like M/S Yaksh International Faridabad and Y.S. RANA. along with their entire family in a slum after spending atleat the last 20years of their life as beggers. I wish in case if they are having young daughters they should not be capable enough to cover there body and they should feel the pain how it feels... in case if there is God this should happen to them this should happen to them.. I booked three bedroom appartment in Feb 2006 in there Fariabad project( as they showed) Rs 300, 000/- and it was not the investment one lakh in this was taken on loan for a dream home. It was booked through M/S Yaksh International. how those 3 lakhs were saved cant explain to you guys. but was my very very hard earned money. Yaksh international kept on misguiding me on all the occasions and finally when nehar paar started and i wet to hotel le meridien (from okhla they shifted there office to le mariden) to cross check the status
of there progress the securty guard told me that they have been told to leave from here and when i called yaksh international they said they are opening up in Janakpuri i kept on asking for the up date the final statment made to me by the yaksh internationl was sir even PSG Have taken around one crore of my money as well and cant hepl. I kept on requesting the Yaksh international buger from April 2006 to shift my booking from PSG to BPTP but the motherfucker ket on telling me they are nice people ( PSG)and are going to be better than BPTP.

I am too in service and I booked 3 plots in Gurgaon project. And same story goes...
The latest news is that the case will be heard in the course in Dec, 2010.
