Respected Sir/Madam,
I introduce myself Shruti Saini working as Software Developer in Noida Sector 3. I catch the bus from Karampura Terminal daily and in evening i catch from Sector-19 (Noida) for Karmapura Terminal.
In the first week of this month (Nov), I am very disappointed that i am standing on stand from 6 PM -6-55 PM, but there is no bus for this route and there is no timings of DTC buses to reach on the stand. Hardly 1-2 times in a week, DTC buses seems on the route.
For a girl there is not safety to stand for a long time on the bus stand . Even if i catch the bus 6:55 PM from Noida Sector then it reached around 9:00 PM at karampura and From Karampura, I take route No. 970 bus, Same here, In the evening around this time 970 bus service is very least at that time., again i face the problem here as there "Wine Shop" on the stand.
if Buses are avaialble, but not running on the road, due to that we people suffers. I request you to that please decrease the time interval of buses because from Sector 19 Noida if GL 32 came at 6:20 (now being it is not coming) then there is no bus between 6:20 PM-7:00 PM, means we have to wait for 40 mins for the bus rather we dont have other option to wait for this. Suppose the bus of 7:00 PM does not came, then we have to wait for 1 or 1:30 hour more for the bus.
Buses which i have mentioned for 6:20,7:00 all are Private buses.
I hope, you will take action for this.

Public Transport — Faulty Taxi meters
I boarded a taxi on 15th April, 2008 from 15 Park Street APJ House, kolkata, at around 5:45 pm. My destination was park circus 5 point crossing, which is my daily route while going back to home from my office. Every day the meter shows a unit reading of between 10-11. But on this day with this particular taxi bearing number WB04B2153 the meter showed 17 units finally when I reached the park circus 5 point crossing. Please note the traffic movements on the road was very much normal.
