[Resolved] Punjab State Electricity Board — Non updation of Bill and Receipt not available | |||
Dear Sir, I had pay electricity Bill on https://pspcl.com/epayment/ amounting Rs 1,647.93 on account of W32MT340998F for which there is no receipt available. Same amount is already debited from my account where Electricity Board portal is still showing unpaid. I had already send huge reminders for which there is no reply from contact center. I am also having another concern that my electricity bill is not getting update on portal on timely basis as every time i send reminders to update my spot billing account for which earlier we were getting some reply but now there is no reply if any issue persists.
