Punjab State Power Corporation Limited — Extra charges from some consumer

Sir Punjab state power corporation had been taken rupees 790/- from some of consumer on the name of security, but later this decision was cancelled by punjab govt. But punjab state power corporation yet not refund these 790/- rupees to us. My meter number isY44GW250115P. This amount was taken from us on 13/05/11. I have receipt for the same amount.
