[Resolved]  Punjab Technical University — non issuance of degree certificate

Dear Sir,

my son Vivek Somani had successfully completed his post graduation leading to M.Sc.(comp.sci) successfully through DistanceEducation programme. Since last more than 4 years I am requesting to issue degreecertificate and thereafter continuosly making contact but all efforts are futile. Dean DEP of PTUasked for marks sheet ofall semesters, they were also sent. My son had suffered huge loss both financial and mental.
On June 6,July 21, 26th,Oct.20th I had sentemails. Complaint ticket number was issued but it appears that the Univ. officers arethick skinned and never bother about the endeavour of candidate.
