The interest shown in advertising and promoting the product is not fulfilled in replacement of consumables needed for running the filter.
The company is flooded with a bunch of irresponsible, undedicated team of workers.
I have informed to replace the battery and the filters etc on 13th January 2009. As of today that is 1stFebruary its still undone.
I have spent more than Rs200/- towards telephone calls and wasting my time calling and talking to all these irresponsible people who commit it will be done by this evening sir.Please excuse us for the inconvenience, etc'
Had our consumer forums are strong we can curtails this type of attitude .
I will surely sue these Marketing guys. The Co. is good only in making soaps and selling them. they cant handle all this. its not there cup of tea.
My family members and me myself are sufffering with throat infection and i have two small kids I am not going to leave them at all. Will definetly sue them.
