[Resolved]  Pure-It — Batter expiry

I bought a battery of value Rs. 550 on 29/06/2011 from Pure IT dealer- Vasundhara Services whose address is Shop No.-5, Main Market, Som Bazar, Prashad Gari, Ghaziabad ( Bill No. 5487). The dealer has come after I requested it to the Pure IT customer service division for the replacement of the battery because it has gone read after three and half months of consumption.
The dealer has committed that we can consume 2250 litres of water with the new battery. Our family is very small and on an average we consume maximum 12 litres a day so we expected that it will last for 6 months at least. But at the end of August the battery has gone half red and a complaint was registered against this on 27/08/2011 (complaint no. [protected]). After seeing no response for 3 days we have again registered a complaint (the complaint no.: C[protected] on 30/08/2011. The customer care has sent the same dealer who has replaced the battery in June end. The dealer has said that sometimes the battery comes faulty and I am one among the unlucky customer to have it and please go for change again. The dealer was so rude to say that they it seems that they are not the authorize dealer of the company and they cannot support us on this.
I have forwarded the same message to the customer care of Pure IT and they have committed that it will be resolved soon. Then I kept waited and no response had come from the company. Finally I gave a call on 26/09/2011 and had a word with Mr. Atul (Customer care supervisor). Mr. Atul has committed us that it will be resolved but nothing happened, the same dealer came again and gone without any commitment. I again approached the customer care almost 6 times then after and one by one every Supervisor has committed that they will resolved the issue but no result has come yet.
Today I again gave a call to the customer care and one of the executive Mr. Sarfaraz has committed that this time it will be resolved. I still have no assurance that whether it will be resolved or not only God knows. Suffering a lot from this and started assuming that this is how the company treat the customer after selling the product. It creates bad name in the market and definitely will affect the market share.

Kindly resolve the problem ASAP.
