Pure IT — battery not working

I have purchased pureit on 6.10.2010. Now we are facing some problem in PureIt battery. Because of this water leakage is happening. your retailer is telling bettery will be changed with cost of 580/- but now my warrenty period so why I will pay the amount. Please do the needful.I have already complain by phone but no respone from them.my compalin C[protected]H
