I own a pure-it water purifier for which a Germ Kill Battery (GKB) needs to be replaced from time to time. I ordered for a replacement of GKB on 22/04/2012 and I was assured that I would receive the same within 3 working days. When I did not receive my order even after a week I called on their helpline number [protected] and I was told that the company has stopped making the GKB of the capacity that I ordered and I have to order again. I re-ordered the GKB with different capacity on 30/04/2012 and the delivery time was again 3 working days. When I did not receive it within the given time frame I again called on the helpline number on 04/05/2012 and I was assured that in next 48 hours I will receive the order. Today is 07/05/2012 and I have not received my order. I along with my family are forced to drink the unfiltered water despite having a water purifier. My family members have fallen sick due to this.
I want that HL take away this product from me and refund my money back to me. Also HL should compensate me for all the inconvenience caused due to their highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.
