Pure IT — worst service | |||
Worst service , faulty product..don't purchase pure it water purifier. I have purchased pure it before two weeks.Their representative came after two days for demo with kit. I found the cap damaged,he denied to give another kit.so i refused to purchase,then he replaced the cap,hr charged 50rs more for delivery.Next day i found kit is not fitted properly and their is manufacturing defect in containers,I found gap between two containers.Then i registered complaint to their customer service center,but no response again i called after two days,they told within 48 hours our person will attend the call.After two days i got a message your complaint has been attended,please give feedback if satisfied reply as SER 1 if not reply as ser 0,they are just cheating us. No one has attended the complaint.I replied by sms SER 0.but still no any response. Very poor service and bad product. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not getting proper service after so many reminders..
Renewed battery kit in first week of August 09..After wards purified water observing mud colour.Complaint given on 14.08.09.No reply from their end.Again given complaint on 17.08.09 three times.They telling some story every time.they told they will attend on 19.08.09. But still there is no call from service end.While selling they will do the work fast.But service is very very third class.I planned to call media person to show the things.

Pure It — Worst service
Respected Sir,I am staying at Worli, Mumbai 400030 from last year i am using your water purifier product PUREit. Now a days we are not a bit satisfy with your service, my cylinder expired since last two weeks and i dont understand when your worker will come. 10 days have been passed i have place my order.
please if you are not able to give service. Take your product back and arrange kindly arrange for refund. Thank you.
