[Resolved] Pureit-Hindustan Unilever — False assurance & non-delivery of battery | |||
ID- [protected] Urgently wanted battery of Water Purifier on 01.06.2011 as drinking water cannot be compromised. Till today ( 3.6.2011) no one turned up. Also when called Customer Service at [protected] at 5.20 p.m. ; the male person at the service centre carefreely & boldly told that he cannot do anything about it. Is this the helpline to be dealt with ? Need immediate step against this or else let PUREIT- HINDUSTAN UNILEVER declare the customers have to depend on the dealers/ customer service persons mercy.
