[Resolved] PureIT Water Purifier — Tap damaged | |
Dear Sir, I bought a Pureit water purifier on the year 2008 for my homely use. I am staying in a Police Quarters just 100 meters far from the Pureit Sales and Service Center, Asramom, Kollam. I am fully satisfied with your product. After buying the product, I advised my relatives and friends to by the product and many of them are using the product. But unfortunately the real bitter thing happened while I need a service to the same product. The tap of the product was damaged and I directly informed the matter to your office at Asramom on 20th August 2009 for replacing the tap. They wrote my address and mobile number and assured me to replace the same on the same day evening or on the next day. But they did not come or replace the same. After a week I again came to the same office and enquired about the tap. They again promised to replace the same on the next day itself. But it also was an unfaithful promise. After that several times (6 or 7 times) I went to that office and enquired about the same and they replied the tap was ordered and yet to be get. The tap was not replaced till the date and the water purifier was not in a condition to use for the last 45 days. I was totally disappointed about your service. This type of service will lead to tarnish the product image. Hence I request you to take speedy actions to recover this type of pathetic services. I hope that you will treat this as positively.
