[Resolved]  PureIT Water Purifier — Replacement of Germkill battery

Dear sir/ Madam
Greetings from jaipur. I would like to bring it to your knowledge about your company's service man, I had informed at your Johri Bajar office to replace my pureit germkill battery before Deepawali festival. Still it was not not replaced and one more problem is, this battery became red within two months i.e. about 500 lt water has taken through pureit, and company gives warranty for one bettery of 1500 lt water. This is a vast problem, if these problems are not solved within a stipulated time period than company's image would be fadeup.
Looking forward to further action.

I have ordered (509/DLI[protected]for battery kit replaced on 04/11/09 and remind them after one week, but still same has
been not replace till now, the same problem we are not facing 1st time, its regular practice from your end how can u assue people for good service????

2nd thing the battery kit was not upto the mark its finish so early within three month.

as a hul its a very big co and such type of incident destroy your image to save ypur image pls improve your service and quality of battery kit.

terrable service. agree with the above gentelman. pathetic service. my purifier battery vanished before 2 months and it does not gives any 1500 ltr of pure water. this is all a fake publicity. if there is a scheme to return it, i would love to do that.

I've order a germi kit battery replaced today 06.02.2010 by your representative Mr. Nitesh(M-[protected] but still my purifier is not working. your representative's mobile is out of coverage area & your helpline no. is not working & we are facing drinking water problem. kindly do the needful.
