[Resolved] PureIT Water Purifier — Nil service | |||
I own a pureit classic water purifier. I am having the appliance for the last 3 years. The service back up in Saharanpur UP where i was posted was excellent, but since i moved to new panvel the last year the service is pathetic to say the least. The only time I ordered a refill about 3 months back the man who came to change the cartridge was so unskilled that he destroyed all the locks in the purifier. The tap of the pureit broke about 2 months back and no one turns up in spite of repeated calls to the customer care. It is high time the company takes notice of this issues and revamps the set up to ensure continued costumer loyalty or else the customer is forced to change over to better brands with better back up.
