PureIT Water Purifier — no service | |||
Dear Sir, I had asked for germ kit replacment and had called the service centre about 30 times and still they have not given me the battrey replacment till now. I had also asked them to replace the tap as it had broken but the service is pathetic. My Pureit is now a showcase item lying unused for 5 mnts waiting for the service. If the service of replacement of germkit battery is so tardy I wonder why they have entered it into such a venture . Instead of purifying water they are adding agony to the customer minds.
