[Resolved] Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. — Improper Power Supply

I am a consumer under EDD-II Mirzapur, connection No.[protected]; Power Supply is inadequate, irregular and abnormally fluctuating - In evening it becomes as low as 90 volts and in early morning it goes up 320 volts; Neural floats 60 volts above Zero. My several complaints and reporting to SDO-II and JE-Vindhyachal were futile. Please do the needful.

Even after my several requests and appeals for proper Billings as per Meter Readings, it is observed that inflated Elect. Bills are being generated. In recent years, I made cash payments through Duplicate Bills so that no more unrecorded/unaccounted paid amounts are added up and/or brought forwarded in subsequent bills. However, while residing out station, I need to make payments by A/c Payee SBI-VINDHYACHAL cheques sent to EDD-II, PVVN Mirzapur by Regd. Post but no receipt ever been received back from the Office. I subsequently had to face un-necessary enquiries from the Dealing Assistant, SDO-II (PVVN-Mirzapur).
