[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas Allahabad — money not refunded

i had booked my tickets with pvr allahabad on 27 may2011 through hdfc internet banking. amount of r.s. 1485 has got debited from my account but the ticket has not got book. i had booked 9 tickets. also till now money has not been refunded even after 15 days and there is no proper responce from customer care also.
please arrange for money refund.
