PVR Cinemas - Refund of ticket charges

I had tried booking for 2 tickets for the movie Hangiver 2 through online booking portal of PVR cinemas on 03/05/2011. Both the times there was a message displayed on the failure of transaction. But I have later found that my HDFC account is debited by Rs 600 (Rs 300/- per transaction) for the said transaction.

I had sent a mail to pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com regarding the above issue and they still haven't reverted. Request you to please assist me in getting my refund of Rs 600/-.
