PVR Cinemas — Incorrectly debite the amount | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I tried TWICE to book the tickets online for the movie DJANGO UNCHAINED on 24th of March 2013 from my mobile number[protected] and to let you know that on both the attempts the transactions showed the result FAILED and no tickets were booked. Even though my debit card of ICICI bank was debited TWICE for the amount of Rs. 300/-. So the total amount debited amounts to Rs. 600/-. The transaction id are given here for your reference: BIL/[protected]/PVRCinema/[protected] and BIL/[protected]/PVRCinema/[protected] Reference Number: ACRO[protected] My debit card statement reflects the amount debited so I request you to credit the amount to my account as early as possible. For this you can check your record that no tickets were issued. I have checked with my bank and they have informed that the amount has been paid to the merchant (PVR Cinemas). Upon several reminders they have not even bothered to revert back to me. Some JITESH SABHARVAL replied and asked for the details and I have given the very moment but then again no answer. Earlier also same issue happened and had complained here and they reverted back the money but this time it is more than a month and not yet reverted back.
