made a booking for 2 tickets on sunday 10 Feb 2013. after a successful transaction from the bank's end the page on the pvrcinema site showed error and when i checked with the bank the money has been deducted. I tried their customer care for hours but no response. can anyone help on this. how one can make a formal complaint.

Money in my account was deducted but i got mail like bad transaction.
Here also same problem .pvr people are not responding
