Hi, After getting disappointment from all my efforts I am here to seek your help . I joined the so called QuestNET Business 2 months back . The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said Mint Gold Coin. I ordered these coins and paid Rs.34,000.00. They claimed to deliver the coins in 15 days time frame. But they haven't delivered till date. There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site. I called their call centre many a times but they ask me to wait for some time and are not giving any concrete reply. They are not cooperating after taking money from me. Also there was Police case at this company from many people, but i am not getting clear updates on the same. I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded. I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it. I am attaching below the details of my membership and the purchase order. Only weak minded people who wants to make money with less effort in life will join here. success of this buisiness is, Some cheap charrectered female entered into this buisiness who will tell on the dias that" they were being harrassed by their hubbies, no financial freedom, then they left them and entered the buisiness". what the company is this, we have bought the products of four lacs.but the product still not have come.people are asking us and scoffing us that where are ur products.i have send many a time e-mails, but no response.i am going to file a case agnst it.
This questnet is scam and is already under CBI investigations in India. Anyone who tries to scam other people by enroplling in this scam is liable to be prosecuted under section 420. And anti chitfund & pyramid scam act. Scam at your own risk. Company will not come to save you when you get arrested. Ask Padma who spent 2 years in jail for running this scam.

QuestNet India had filed a petition in Madras High Court in December 2008, to expedite investigation and to bring the case to the court at the earliest in order to pave the way for a swift, proper and legal solution to all matters in connection with the case.
Also, there is an open letter from QuestNet India Managing Director stating...

We are in receipt of your request for a refund letter for your product purchased by yourselves through QuestNet India. As you are aware, we have been facing serious legal challenges for the past eleven months and our operations have been closed down for the time being. We regret thatwe have been unable to deliver your product as such. As we are making some progress on the legal front to prove our legitimacy, I would like to assure you that your order is safe and known to us. Please be assured that ALL products will be delivered as soon as this situation is resolved through a Court of Law.

Hi guy, As far as i made the research about this Company Called QUESTNET and their bussiness opportunity i feel that this is the amazing opportunity Specially for the common person who cannot put up his own bussiness in his whole life, this company is a true company based in hong kong and they Started in 1998, so i feel that if it was not a good company they would not run so successfully for last 11 years. Regarding the product delivery ofcourse people who face the problem they need to contact the office available close to your place, rather than giving a bad comments against the company.
