Rackspace Outsourcing — Not making payment

As per the company's Internet advertisement, I had made payment o[censored]SD 55.00 for the Beginners Typing On-line Data Entry through their HDFC Bank A/c No:[protected] Branch.Vashi Extn Counter. I was allotted a member ship number KJ295537. I did work as their plan, and did 2408 jobs @ USD3/- each amounting to USD7224.00. I was promised payment the next month in November from 7 to 15 for the work of 2408 jobs which I had done in October 2011. I did no receive the payment, I sent numerous mails, gave umpteen mobile messages on their mobile No: [protected]. No reply was given in this regard. I had for the past this month on their web page - 'Contact Us' given messages of non payment, all I received was a message reading as 'Thank you for your query, our executive will contact you soon' but no on4 has contacted me so far and neither the amount transferred to my account.
