[Resolved] Racold — Bill | |||
We had purchased Racold water geyser in 2008. The coil expired on 5 April 2013 , and we got a new coil replaced on 8 April 2013 from Racold service center located in Wilson Garden,Bangalore. We paid Rs.675 for the coil and Rs.200 for magnesium road and Rs.250 as service charges.So we have totally paid amount of Rs.1125.When we demanded for bill the service guy told that the bill book was exhausted and he assured us that the bill would be send through post within 2 to 3 days.Its is already three months and we haven't got any bill since date. In spite of continuous calls ,there is no response . We demand the bill for our reference. Please do the needful. Our complaint number is 6742. Was this information helpful? | |||
