actually radix media is the most fraud company.i shocked why police does not take any action on this company.my girl friend is also working in this conpany, she also depositted a DD of 15000.but dint find any salary till now. company shown salary with cts 17000+ incentive. viraj is the biggest fraud person.his post in company is HR manager but actually he is owner of company. she was also working at pay scale on 15000/. now she is dipressd very much.plz.. tell me use ab kya karna chahiye is company k against. is company k term & conditions itne confusing hai ki koi bhi befkug ban sakta hai.

i think this is a very low level company because the employees of company represent the company environment and attitude as well because i know the one person who is working overthere in radix media he is not a mba guy because he has the uncleared 5 back in 5 subjects his name is mr. pradhyumn bharti working as a hr recruiter . so guys if the hr of the company like dis so u can predict about company's future.

i am also got a call from redix to join...plzzzz some body help me to clear, whether it is right or wrong to submit 16500 dd. plzzz some body tell me about the reality...because i have to join with in 2 days...

, I work for a media company by the name of "RADIX MEDIA" at Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I joined this company on 1June 2011. At the time of joining I was asked to deposite Rs. 15000/- as security money on Company's name which I paid in the form of Demand Draft. It's not even been 2 months since I joined, company has stopped paying my monthly Salary which is due for the month of June 2011.
I request you to kindly take the action immediately so that I can get the salay and save my career growth for future.

Considering this above page complaints and favour comments i m totally confused becoz i have been selected by this company saying HR executive and they have asked me to deposit 16500/- but i have not deposited it till now and they told me to deposit said Amount before joining this company. I have doubts so please clear everything about the same.

its a fraud company taking money deposit of 16500/- and hiring the candidates for marketing and hr profiles. after joining there is no work to do there.please dont believe in them they are stupid rascals.
wht the hell th8is company is...everybody in this company are totally fraud person...the director of this company have 12th pass certificate...and rajeev ranjan marketing head of this company having graduation and taking class of all MBAs in this company...there is not any professional designer for website and advertizing and they are running magzine whole delhi & NCR level...they are havinbg 3-4 tellecallers and more then 100 BDMs & 40 something HR..only because of they are taking money for giving jobs on 16500 for all the employees and after one month they pressurize them to fire sothat new commres could come...how can they bustard animals running their company in noida 63 sector plot no.E-155...if any body have power to stop these rascals..plese proceed. : gud luck
