[Resolved]  Railway — MISSING GOODS

Sir, I have booked my army steel box through the railway parcel with Builty no 388159, on 25/03/2011 from lucknow to bokro steel city in neenanchal express. but when i reached parcel office they saying that the train stop here only for 5min. so we cannot take the item from here. now after 20 days passed I have no any information about my lugguage. please help me my contact no [protected], [protected]
