As per my own experience in Tilaknagar {Maharashtra} terminus,on 27th Oct 09 when I was sendiing parcel to Guwahaty. In charge person told me there is no place at all.But while returning an agent called me & asked to give extra Rs 1000.Due to urgency I gave it.And to my surprise that officer after receiving money booked my parcel within few seconds.While getting so many good experiences I felt bad to complain in such way.So kindly look in this matter who ever is concern I will be there for further correspondance. i mr alexius noronha went to lokmanya tilak terminal kurla to remove tickets for vailankanni for vailankanni special my wife my 9 month child stayed the whole night wake at the terminal in the morning my number was first but 4 agents came in the morning and told me that our no was before u i told them that the whole night we are here n now u say that u r 1st how come when the ticket counter opened the officials on the counter supported them and told me that i will throw u out of the terminal when i went to police officials to complain constable kamble also supported them then iwas told that u r in waiting and all the tickets were taken by agents this happened on 12 august 2012 i m ready to come forward any time to give my oral or hand written complain i can also identify the ticket counter officials tmy mobile no is [protected]
