DEAR SIR,

I HAVE BOOKED MY PARCEL FROM RAJKOT TO ERNAKULAM AS ON 1st MAY 2011. BUT, TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL AT ERNAKULAM.

PARCEL OFFICER IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY..

BARAUNI PARCEL OFFICE — PARCEL NOT RECEIVED TILL NOW

With reference to above material booked from Dhanbad to Baruni on 21/05/2011 vide R.R. Number as above. This is to inform you that the above material loaded on 25/05/2011 by train number-18605, as per information given by the parcel supervisor, Dhanbad. But sorry to say that the material is not unloaded at Baruni. Till now the material is not found at parcel office, Baruni . Several times our representative asked for the material in parcel office baruni but no positive answer is given by the parcel supervisor.
Therefore requesting you to kindly see the above matter and arrange to collect the material at destination station Baruni . So that we can deliver the material to Dpt.C.M.M./E.C.R./ GARAHARA. The value of the material is Rupees 1 lakh 25 thousand .Purchase Order issued from C.O.S./ Hajipur, enclosed with this letter .
We hope you may take necessary action for the delay . So that we can collect the material at Baruni station as early as possible or give us any suggestion to collect the material.

Dear Sir,

We are a furniture exporter company in Jodhpur and one of our supplier had dispatched a package from Jalander to Jodhpur on 14 September 2011. We were assured that this is the best and the most safe mode of sending packages, but this has become the worst experience. One of our order got cancelled due to delay in the delivery of the parcel and still we have not received the parcel. What should we do in this circumstance and who is responsible for this loss to our company. The packages were send by parcel # G 852849 but the parcel has not yet been delivered to us.

We met R. B Mina and Mr. Mehta in D. R. M.office and Dev Karan in Jodhpur and we did not get a satisfactory answer from them.

We suggest that you should have an online tracking system for the parcels so that it gets easy for customer like us to track where the parcel are currently and can plan our next step. There is no estimated date of delivery of the parcels available as well.

Please tell us what technical issues you are facing in the process of tracing the parcels and delivering them on time we will give you free suggestion and advice.
